For this roofing project on Poncha Pass, we installed a 50 mil grey Duro-Last membrane with a custom curb installed around the bottom of the chimney.
This flat roof was damaged in a recent hail storm. The hail damage was extensive, but not enough for insurance to completely replace the Duro-Last membrane. United Roofing was able to successfully repair this roof in an efficient and cost effective manner.
For this Salida flat roofing replacement project, we installed 1,185 ft of 50 mil Duro-Last membrane in tan. Underneath the membrane we installed Duro-Blue.
The existing membrane roof was torn off and a new 50 mil PVC membrane was installed. Project took 8 days to complete for a total of 3,520 deck feet of material and 549ft of parapet.
